The Best Spring Break!

We LOVED it here! It was so close to the pools, and walking distance to the beach. We have an 8 year old, a 1 year old, and brought our 19 year old nanny.. there was plenty of space and lots to do for everyone. We can't wait to come back!

We had an amazing time at pinkies condo at Waterscape! The condo was perfect! Great location on the first floor, steps to beach and pool. The room had everything we needed. Can't wait to go back!

What a beautiful condo the owners must be proud of how it is decorated! Waterscape never fails to have an amazing view and location! We appreciate being able to visit there each year and look forward to seeing the beach!
Great place for a family vacation

This year was our 6th year renting with pinkie flamingo. Every time the place was clean, neat and ready for us. Great communication with owner and manager, reply to email and calls promptly if there's any questions or issues. Always recommend to anyone who is looking for a place in northern FL. Thank you pinkie and friends!!

Great place to stay! Nice clean condo right by the pool and an easy walk to the beach.
Great place for family vacation

Our room had 5 adults, 2 young kids, and 1 1-yr old in it and there was more than enough room for all. It was nice to stay on the ground floor - quick trip to the pools and ocean. The multiple pools were great - including the lazy river. The baby pool entertained all 3 of them. Daytime activities plus dive-in movie night were excellent.
