2310 S Shine Avenue

A fully detached studio in Orlando s SODO area gives you something most city stays do not: your own private guesthouse, dedicated parking, and an easy home base minutes from downtown. This newly renovated studio is a smart fit for couples, solo travelers, business guests, and longer stays. Inside, the space is bright, modern, and thoughtfully set up with one queen bed, a 50-inch TV, fast Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a ceiling fan, clothing storage, linens, towels, and the everyday essentials that make arrival feel simple.
The kitchen setup gives you more flexibility than a basic hotel room. Guests have a refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, coffee maker, dishes, glassware, utensils, pots and pans, and a stove for easy meals during the stay. Please note there is no oven. A private washer and dryer are also included, which makes the studio especially useful for work trips, extended stays, and guests who prefer to pack lighter. You will have a private exterior entrance at the back of the unit, a dedicated parking spot, and outdoor seating just outside the studio for morning coffee or a quiet reset after a day around Orlando. The location keeps you close to the best of the city without giving up privacy. You are minutes from downtown Orlando, Lake Eola Park, Camping World Stadium, the Kia Center, and the Central Florida Fairgrounds. Universal is about 20 minutes away, and Disney is under 30 minutes, with convenient access to dining, nightlife, major highways, and central Orlando destinations.
