Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool. Additionally, the heater is a heat pump and will not operate when the outside temperature falls below 60 degrees. No smoking No parties or events Check-in is anytime after 4:00 PM Minimum rental age of 25 For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email. Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival. Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
