Renovated Seminole Heated Salt Water Pool Home!
With only a short 5 minute drive to the beach, this location is central to all of the fun in the sun, restaurants, shopping and entertainment that you can ask for! Don t forget to cool off in the Salt Water Pool or just let the kiddo s burn off some steam. There s no doubt you will love to vacation in this home. We are working around the clock to prepare for your arrival and we couldn t be more excited to host you!
Pool heat is an amenity included at no additional charge. The temperature of swimming pools varies and depends on the day and night temperatures, length of day and finally wind. Therefore, there is no guarantee for a certain pool temperature. The pool heater temperature will be set to a maximum 82 F in winter which is November 1 to March 31. From April 1 through October 31 the pool heater is off. Note, these numbers are the target setting for the heater, not the actual temperature of the pool.

Minimum rental age of 25
For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
We are pet-friendly with a fee per pet per stay that is paid separately once a reservation is confirmed. Please check with us first for the applicable pet fee as it varies depending on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
