Whether you d like to spend your days at the beach, explore the best our city has to offer, go to a professional sports game, or dine at incredible restaurants our home will be sure to suit you perfectly! This beautiful home is brand new construction and has been furnished and designed by a professional designer. Centrally located, you ll be less than 5 minutes from the Buc s Stadium, 10 minutes to downtown, within 25 minutes from St Petersburg, and within 30 minutes to the beach.

Minimum rental age of 25
For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
We are happy to welcome pets! For stays up to 7 nights, a one-time pet fee per pet, per stay is applied during the booking process. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night, charged separately after booking confirmation. Please contact us before booking if you need clarification about the applicable pet fee. Breed restrictions apply.
