This is a lovely appointed, two storey house with six bedrooms, four bathrooms and a wealth of extras to make your stay more enjoyable.  Located on the gated community of Vista Park with on-site facilities including a swimming pool and only five minutes from shops and restaurants. 

Downstairs there is a formal seating room with three seater sofa, two chairs and an ornamental fireplace.  This leads, via decorative arch, to the dining room which seats six.  As you continue through the house you come to the fully equipped kitchen which has an electric oven/hob, microwave, dishwasher, double sink with disposal unit, large fridge/freezer with water/ice dispenser and plenty of cabinet storage.   There is a separate breakfast table that seats four and has patio doors leading to the pool area.   The main family seating area has a three seater sofa, loveseat, armchair, 55” TV, DVD player and 5 CD changer player.  Utility room with washer, dryer, ironing board and iron as well as shower room with basin and WC also on the ground floor.

All the bedrooms are upstairs and there is an impressive stairway that leads to a galleried landing.  There are two master bedrooms with King size bed, wall mounted TV and DVD player, patio doors to balcony, walk in closet and en-suite bathroom with oval jacuzzi tub, separate shower cubicle, twin basins and WC.  A third master bedroom also has King size bed, double closet and en-suite ‘Jack n Jill’ style bathroom with twin basins, bath/shower and WC.  This bathroom is shared with a twin bedded room which has double closet.  There are three further twin bedded rooms, one has a wall mounted TV and free standing closet, the other has a double closet.  Separate family bathroom comprises bath/shower, single basin and WC.

Outside there is a large fully screened in brick paved patio with two tables seating four and eight sun loungers.  The pool has sprinkler water features and a spa.

Please note that the spa at this home does NOT heat to a higher temperature than that of the pool.

All bedrooms have Vista Park bath robes and there are also three children’s bikes, two single strollers, a double umbrella fold stroller, car seat, booster seat, high chair, booster high chair, some children’s toys and two pack n plays. Property comes with free WIFI.

Please note that pool & Spa heat (where applicable) are not included in daily rates and restrictions do apply. This home has electric pool heat which requires a minimum of 4 consecutive days.
