2nd Level of the Home (Loft):
Ascending to the second floor of this home, you ll discover the charming loft-style third bedroom. This unique space is dedicated to children, offering a cozy retreat with four twin beds, perfect for a fun and comfortable stay. Additionally, there is a workstation area provided, ensuring convenience for both work and play.
Outdoor Oasis:
Step outside to enjoy the outdoor amenities, including comfortable lounge chairs for soaking up the sun, a designated outdoor dining area perfect for al fresco meals, and a sunny deck for delightful memories. The property offers ample off-street parking with space for your boat trailer and multiple vehicles in the driveway, ensuring convenience for all guests.
Max occupancy is the number of occupants the City allows and does not guarantee beds for that number. Please read the bed description thoroughly. This home has a maximum occupancy of 8 guests however we do have additional guest fees for parties over 6 in the amount of $15+ tax/night per each additional guest. This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
