The indoor dining area accommodates approximately 12 guests, bringing everyone together for everything from leisurely breakfasts to family dinners. Step onto the balcony for fresh air and additional outdoor seating for six an inviting place to sip your morning coffee or linger over an evening conversation.
When it s time to turn in, Bedroom 3 offers a Queen bed, Full bunk beds, a Samsung Smart TV, and an en-suite bathroom. Just next door, Bedroom 2 features a King bed, Smart TV, desk, printer, and an en-suite bathroom, giving you a comfortable retreat with a convenient workspace if needed.
3rd Level of the Home

This includes children and infants.
Rentals are Saturday - Saturday during Peak and Holiday season, 7-night minimum.
If you plan on docking a boat, ensure to verify first that your boat will be able to dock appropriately. Should you notice a boat lift, be advised that it is not for guest use.
This home is pet friendly with a non-refundable pet fee of $250+ tax per pet, per week. We regret to inform that we cannot accommodate cats.
Pool heating or chilling is available at any time of the year for a fee of $250+ tax per week before the reservation start date. If requested after check-in, additional fees may apply.
