Welcome to Unit 110!
This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.
Our one bedroom ocean view condo is conveniently located poolside on the ground floor of Hacienda del Sol II on New Smyrna Beach. The living room area has a new 37 LCD HDTV and free Wi Fi connection available. From the patio you can relax and look out over the large heated pool and enjoy a view of the ocean at the same time.
You will enjoy a spacious bedroom with a king bed, a 32 HDTV, and a large walk-in closet. There is a queen sleeper in the living room.
Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is an app operated washer and dryer on every floor.
