This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom condo non-smoking unit has an open floor plan and is nicely furnished with coastal decor. It comfortably sleeps 6 with 1 king bed in the master and 1 queen and 1 set of twin bunk beds in the second bedroom. In addition, the sofa has a pullout queen bed. There is a full kitchen with all the essentials for your use and it even has a washer and dryer in the unit. There are beach towels, beach chairs, umbrellas, fishing rods, tennis rackets, and other outside toys for renters to use located in a private storage off the balcony. Relaxing on this comfortable screened-in balcony overlooking the pool, is a great way to start or end your day.

We enjoyed staying at property, home was very clean and comfy, location is great, liked trolley access, once parking is fixed it'll be easier, but it was still manageable. I would recommend black out curtain in 2nd bedroom as it was very light all night. Thank you!

Our stay was great. You could see the Gulf over the trees upon exiting the front door – beautiful aquamarine color – got you ready for the day. Beds were comfy and bunk bed was a big hit for our 8-year-old granddaughter – her perch. TV in living room provided plenty of kid shows to keep her entertained during down time. Kitchen was efficient and amply stocked – we ate breakfast there, made sandwiches for the beach and ate dinner out most nights. The 77 Breeze FREE SHUTTLE stop was directly in front of development – we rode the shuttle to Turtle Beach where we saw several turtle nests roped off. We also rode it into town (The Village) for dinner and shopping. Pool was warm with plenty of tables, chairs, umbrellas and lounge chairs situated on the pool deck. Screened in lanai overlooking the pool was great for morning coffee and planning the day. Luggage carts, shopping carts and elevator made arriving and leaving easy for toting luggage and groceries.

Very nice ,had everything you needed for a great vacation..only downfall master bath needs updated ..and flooring in kitchen area peeling up..beautiful pool!
