Welcome to Mirage, a well-appointed vacation rental designed for relaxed stays in the Florida Keys. With multiple levels, private bedroom spaces, and access to shared oceanfront amenities, this home is well suited for families or groups looking for both comfort and convenience.

The main living area is open and easy to navigate, with a natural flow between the kitchen and living space. The kitchen offers seating for five at the counter, while the balcony just off the living room features partial ocean views and a dining table for six, creating a comfortable setting for meals or time outside.

The bedroom layout is thoughtfully arranged across levels. The second-floor bedroom includes a full-size bed with a trundle and is located next to a full bathroom. On the third floor, both the primary suite and an additional guest bedroom feature king-size beds and private ensuite bathrooms, offering added comfort and privacy.

A first-floor bonus room off the garage provides additional space to gather, featuring an air hockey table, seating area, TV, and a dining table for six. This space offers a casual area for games or downtime separate from the main living area.

The garage includes a level 2 EV charger, paddle boards, beach chairs, and basic workout equipment for guest use.

Located in Islamorada, Mirage places you in a central location for boating, fishing, and exploring the Florida Keys. Peaceful Palms is a small, gated community with a quiet atmosphere, while still being close to restaurants, marinas, and local attractions.

COMMUNITY GUIDELINES

Peaceful Palms is a private, gated residential community. To ensure a great experience for all guests and neighbors, parties and events are not permitted, quiet hours are enforced, and parking is limited to designated spaces. Additional community guidelines will be shared prior to arrival.

Check-out time: 10:00 AM

*All guests must sign our rental agreement as mandated by Florida Law.

- Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
- An accurate guest count must be provided.
- NO PETS allowed.
- No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
- Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
- No smoking or vaping. If evidence is discovered of either smoking or vaping, the guest will be subject to a fine of up to $1,000

Starter Suplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home s maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.

Same-Day Bookings
Same-day bookings require company approval. Guests must provide information about their group and purpose of stay. If approved, a government-issued ID is required for verification. Your phone number must match the phone number registered on your account, or your reservation cannot be honored.
Same-day reservations will not be accepted after 2:00 PM. All same-day bookings require a minimum of 3 hours before check-in, and check-in may be extended later than 4:00 PM.

Release of Liability for Recreational Equipment
Guests agree to use paddle boards at their own risk. The property management and owners are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses related to their use. By using these items, guests release the property management and owners from all claims and liabilities.

MID-STAY CLEANING REQUIREMENT:
- For all extended stays of 30 nights or longer, a mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required every 30 days.
- If your reservation is 60 days, two mid-stay cleanings will be required, and so on.
- This helps keep the home maintained during longer stays and ensures everything stays in great condition.
- Mid-Stay Cleaning Fee: $285 to be paid by guests.
- We ll reach out after booking to schedule the mid-stay cleaning(s) and send the payment link.
