Inside, the home features an open living and dining area along with a fully equipped kitchen for easy vacation living. A screened porch just off the living room overlooks the canal and backyard, providing a peaceful setting for morning coffee, outdoor dining, or evening drinks.
Outside, the backyard offers a quiet canal-front setting with a pool, dock, and multiple seating areas to relax and enjoy the Florida Keys breeze. Guests also have access to two kayaks and two bikes, making it easy to explore both the water and surrounding area. Wildlife is part of the experience, with manatees often seen passing through the canal.

Minimum rental age is 25. A valid photo ID must be provided to the company no less than 72 hours before arrival.
An accurate guest count must be provided.
No smoking and/or vaping allowed
No parties or events. Unauthorized guests on property will result in fees and/or immediate eviction.
Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM.
Starter Supplies
We provide trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, detergent, and bathroom amenities to accommodate this home s maximum occupancy for the first three days of your stay.
This property is dog-friendly with an additional fee of $295 per pet, for stays less than 30 days. While staying with us, you are responsible for the actions of your pet. Pets must be fully vaccinated, trained, and kept off the furniture. All waste should be picked up, bagged and disposed of in the outside trash bin. Failure to comply with our Pet Policy will result in an additional $100 fee. Please let us know if you will be bringing your dog (only dogs are permitted, sorry).
