Tucked away on the second floor, this beautifully remodeled one-bedroom, one-bath retreat features two private balconies, a living space, a fully-stocked kitchen, and a spacious bedroom with a queen-sized bed. Start your day with morning coffee on the porch off of the bedroom. Unwind with sunset cocktails on the west-facing patio.

We want you to feel right at home, but we also want to keep things comfortable for all guests and neighbors. Please keep these guidelines in mind during your stay:

No smoking We ask guests to refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in the house. If there is evidence that a guest did smoke, vape, or use illegal substances, we will need to charge a fee of $300.00.

No parties or events No parties or events are permitted at the property. This home is intended for quiet, residential stays only, and may not be used for gatherings, celebrations, or any organized group events.

Quiet hours Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You are staying in a residential area, so please be considered and keep noise at a respectful level at all times. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disturb neighbors and impact their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

Suitability Due to the stairways, the property is not suitable for children.

Minimum rental age Minimum age requirement to make a reservation is 25 years old.

Occupancy No more than 2 guests allowed to stay overnight.

Guest list required For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

Sign the rental agreement Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Parking One on-site parking space. Street parking is also available.

Issues Report any issues, damages and/or breakages to your host so we may remedy.

PET POLICY Strictly NO pets are allowed.

Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
