No smoking - We ask guests to refrain from smoking, vaping, or using illegal substances in the house. If there is evidence that a guest did smoke, vape, or use illegal substances, we will need to charge a fee of $300.00.

No parties or events - No parties or events are permitted at the property. This home is intended for quiet, residential stays only, and may not be used for gatherings, celebrations, or any organized group events.

Quiet hours - Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. You are staying in a residential area, so please be considered and keep noise at a respectful level at all times. Excessive or unreasonable noise may disturb neighbors and impact their peaceful enjoyment of their homes.

Suitability - Due to the stairways, the property is not suitable for children.

Check-in after 4:00 PM | Check-out by 10:00 AM - Need to arrive early or leave late? Let us know! Hourly rates may apply.

Minimum rental age - Minimum age requirement to make a reservation is 25 years old.

Occupancy - No more than 4 guests allowed to stay overnight.

Guest list required - For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.

Sign the rental agreement - Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.

Parking - One on-site parking space. Street parking is also available.

Pool - The pool is heated between March and November.

Issues - Report any issues, damages and/or breakages to your host so we may remedy.

PET POLICY - Strictly NO pets are allowed.

SERVICE ANIMALS
Service animals assisting guests with disabilities are welcome in accordance with applicable laws and platform policies.
Emotional Support Animals (ESA) are subject to the standard pet policy.
