Inside, you ll find comfortable sleeping for everyone with 2 king beds, 2 queen beds, plus a futon and sofa sleeper for flexible arrangements. The open living spaces make it easy to gather, unwind, and enjoy time together after a day of exploring Tampa.
The fun really starts in the game room, featuring a pool/ping-pong combo table and a classic old-school arcade game perfect for friendly competition and rainy-day entertainment.
Step outside to your private backyard oasis. Take a dip in the heated pool, relax in the hot tub, or enjoy the peace of a fully fenced yard, ideal for kids, pets, or simply lounging in privacy.

For a confirmed reservation, it is mandatory to submit a comprehensive guest list by email.
Guests will receive a rental agreement which must be signed and returned to the host prior to arrival.
Hourly rates may apply for early check in or late check out.
Nightly rate based on standard occupancy rate, additional occupancy fees may apply.
We are happy to accommodate pets for a fee. Fee is based on per pet per stay, for stays of up to 7 nights, a one-time fee of $150 is applied and paid separately after booking confirmation. For stays longer than 7 nights, an additional fee per pet will apply for each succeeding night. Cats require a refundable $1000 deposit. Please contact us before booking to inquire about the applicable pet fee, as it varies based on breed and size. Breed restrictions apply.
