Pets Rules:
- Dog-friendly only (max 2 dogs) and $150 non-refundable fee, charged manually within 2 weeks of arrival. Unauthorized pets will result in a $300 fine
- Strict No smoking indoors there is a $250 fine for violations
- Extended stays (21+ days) incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee, applied manually
- Standard check-in: 4:00 PM | Check-out: 10:00 AM
- Early check-in requests must be made the day before or day of arrival and are subject to housekeeping availability. If approved, $15/hour will be charged for each hour prior to 4 PM.
- Late check-out requests must be made the day before departure. If approved, $20/hour will be charged for each additional hour after 10 AM.
- We ask that Guests do not tamper with pool equipment or temperature controls. Damage caused by misuse may result in fines.
- Pool is serviced once per week to maintain chemical balance. Pool staff may arrive during your stay this is normal and necessary.
- Excessive rainfall may temporarily affect pool chemistry.
