- No Pets Allowed: This unit is not pet-friendly. A $300 fine applies for unauthorized pets.
- No Smoking: Smoking indoors is prohibited. A $250 fine will be charged if smoking is detected.
- Forgot Something? A $25 handling fee + shipping will apply to return left-behind items.
- Extended Stays: Bookings over 21 days will incur a $50 long-term cleaning fee (charged manually after confirmation).
- Late Check-Out: Unauthorized late check-outs are subject to a $50 fine.
