The Lot to the Left of the property is under construction- the construction should be completed around February 2024.
We have no control over the noise or interference of the construction occurring as it s not our lot.

Pool is 27x14
Pool heat is an additional cost of $200 per week or $500 per month PLUS TAX.
Please note that our pools are serviced on a weekly basis.

* Two cars can park in the garage
Please return the opener on the kitchen counter upon departure or we will charge $150 to replace it.

*This is a dog-friendly home
*There is an additional $250 plus tax nonrefundable fee
* There is a two-dog limit
* Dog(s) must be disclosed and the additional fee must be paid prior to arrival.
BBQ:
- There is a BBQ at this property for complimentary guest use.
- While there is a propane tank included with the BBQ, we do not provide refills.
- Guests are welcome to swap the tank at any local store.
