Outside there is a fully screened in swimming pool and spa with large brick paved patio.  There are four sun loungers, solar pool cover, table seating 4, 2 seater sofa and 2 armchairs and the view to the rear is of a pond.
 
There is off street parking for 2 vehicles and the major attractions are within a 10 minute drive.  Shops and restaurants are easily accessible on the US 192 which is literally at the top of the road.
